Job summary:
- Lead the applications of advances in IoT / digital technology to solve business problems in innovative ways.
- Build up and lead the company’s IoT R&D Team. Provide hands-on leadership in research and development of IoT projects from concept to commercialization focusing on new IoT / digital technology.
- Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future operational data analysis goals. Recommend modern technology stacks to meet those goals and help engineering teams migrate towards their use.

Your Skills and Experience:
- BS (preferably Master’s Degree or Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experienced in design and development of IoT systems using Amazon IoT platform technologies such as Amazon IoT Button, AWS IoT Starter kit, AWS IoT APIs.
- Hands-on expertise with implementing integration solutions using Micro-services and REST API architecture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to describe complex subject in formal written specs to be implemented jointly with offshore developers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge in data analytics or business reporting area.
- Working knowledge in mobile app development in iOS and Android using native and hybrid app development platform.
