Tóm tắt công việc
Thực hiện việc giám sát, lấy logs hệ thống khách hàng định kỳ, viết báo cáo phân tích logs hệ thống;
Onsite support và troubleshooting sự cố mạng tại site khách hàng;
Viết tài liệu thiết kế và triển khai hệ tống;
Nghiên cứu, cập nhật các hệ thống, giải pháp công nghệ thông tin: Hệ thống mạng (R&S, Wireless, UC, Network Virtualization, Network Security);
Triển khai hệ thống, giải pháp cho khách hàng, Công ty;
Xây dựng tài liệu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật cho dự án, khách hàng;
Đào tạo, chuyển giao công nghệ cho người sử dụng.
Yêu cầu công việc
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
It nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm
Ưu tiên có các chứng chỉ CCNA, (CCNP càng tốt)
Kinh nghiệm về Firewall0 (WatchGuard càng tốt), Routing/Switching
Kinh nghiệm Microsoft, Virtualization
Ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh giao tiếp (Bắt buộc)
Làm việc tại Q2 (outsource cho trường Quốc Tế).
