- Participate in Fresher Development program’s overall design and execution: Partner with Technology Services to design and maintain software development parts of the program
- Partner with relevant departments to support external activities to promote the Fresher program, such as career counseling and partnership program
- Participate in software development part of competency framework design, implementation and maintenance
- Participate in selecting competency assessment tools and defining competency assessment process
- Participate in implementing competency framework to software development groups
- Partner with Technology Services to design and provide training programs to address the competency gaps in software development capability
- Identify and plan for program improvements in software development capability

- Fluent with at least one software development technology stack
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good English
- Good teamwork skills and be able to cooperate with other departments
- Interested in training and people development; Have training experience is a plus
