The IT Executive who fully competency, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents those programs. Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities. As well as support and maintenance of all application systems.
Description of tasks
IT Infrastructure [Process]
- Analysis user's requirement, work with Head of Department, IT Team to find solution (change form format, system logic or configuration, whichever is the most cost effective and time saving method).
- Develop and maintain all required applications systems.
- Design, develop, maintain all project's websites. Update website content/layout as required.
- Work with business owners to develop and implement the new features.
- Work with the product owner to test and reproduce production problems.
- Follow up on application systems change requests, ensuring changes are aligned to company policy.
- Develop test plans/scripts, as well as, functional specifications for enhancements and customized reports.
- Provide end users support for application and help solve daily issue
- Other application-related tasks assigned by IT Manager
IT Support Services [Customers]
a. Respond to all IT services request and IT problems on PC/Network within 2 hours and resolve it within 1 - 2 business days depending on the priority as detailed below
- High priority – from 1 to 2 hours.
- Medium priority – from 3 to 6 hours.
- Low priority – from 1 to 2 business days.
b. Take over the support of Ha noi & Da nang office sites from external vendor and ensure support is as per “a” above.
c. Implement automation tool and produce IT guide for end users to improve remote support
IT Project [Process]
- Follow up and support all HVN IT projects from BOM, IT Manager, HWW plan for yearly
Development [Personal]
- Acquire new IT knowledge and skills and attend at least one technical training and 1 soft skill training
IT Documentation [Process]
- Ensure all the documentation related to HVN IT Application should be up to date.

Your Skills and Experience:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Finance/Accounting with at least 4 years of IT experience.
- Certification in MCSD, PMP is preferred
Experience (type)
- Excellent programming skill in either C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, C++ , ASP or other high level language on Microsoft Platform.
- Having 2 - 3 years of create reports using Crystal Reports, MS SQL or other SAP/third party programming tools.
- Good knowledge in Database Design and stored procedures, triggers, SQL Reporting Service (SSRS), etc and worked with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Good knowledge in HTML/HTML5/CSS, MVC3,Webservices, Javascript (JQuery, JSON)...
- Knowledge of SAP system and ABAP programming language is an advantage.
- Understand business process (Purchasing/Sales/Accounting)
Specific knowledge
- Able to work independently and work directly with foreigners
- Fairly English communication
- Good experienced in Helpdesk support and IT operations
- Proactive and open minded. Service mindset
- Hands on and can do attitude
- Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented.
