Key deliverables/ Main responsibilities:
• Define the scope, objectives, and results can be achieved in order to support the objectives, the business strategy
• Develop plan to implement the project including project scope, budget, resources and risks
• Monitor and manage the activities, project progress and project budget
• Identify solutions to optimize costs
• Support procurement negotiation process with suppliers to get the best price and quality for related services
• Complete project documents including project intial proposal, change requests and documents after golive
• Identify the risks and challenges in the process of implementing the project, given the mitigation methods and timely report to manager to provide solutions
• Provide timely and accurate report and project document for manager
• Develop a communication plan to inform the project golive across the bank
• Managing effective relationships with stakeholders, including the service requestor, the project team and partners or suppliers
• Provide information, knowledge and the necessary guidance during project implementation
• Building project team structure to combine the skills and knowledge between project members and partners
• Identify priority tasks, assigning tasks and managing the working result of the project team
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the solution, process and project management tool in order to provide the solution to improve the project management process
