What you will do: Responsible for the smooth running of computer, devices, and network systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring Operating System, application for user;
- Monitoring, maintaining and troubleshoot hardware computer, software faults, networks;
- Following up & implementing security policy from HQ & reporting all security activity in center;
- Setting up new user’s account and profile, dealing with password issues;
- Resolving user’s issues through the phone, tool chat, face to face.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Major in Information Technology, computer networking…;
- Having MCSA, CCNA or other certification is an advantage;
- More than 1 year of working experience in IT fields below:
- Repair & Setup PC/Laptop.
- Installation & troubleshoot Windows & Microsoft office.
- Setup and Troubleshoot local Networking (LAN, Wireless).
- Desktop support in AD domain environment.
- Good English in listening and writing;
- Problem solving skills;
- Supportive & customer service-oriented;
- Good adaptability &
- Willing to learn ;
- Good teamwork.
