As the key member of Validation Testing Team, you will manage the sub-validation test team for automotive products (Car Infotainment including Cluster, AVN-audio video navigation and Telematics). Your responsibilities will be:
- Managing 15~20 members for Validation Team;
- Defining goals and objectives (KPIs) annually for team and members;
- Making test plan for multiple projects;
- Monitoring and controlling test progress and KPIs for multiple projects;
- Defining and monitoring improvement plan for the team;
- Making report directly to Team Lead;
- Working closely with other sub-validation teams;
- Co-operating with and development teams in Vietnam and other countries.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 year experience in managing SW test team (10~15 members);
- More than 8 years of testing experience;
- Self-motivated and proactive;
- Good problem solving;
- Good ability to research and quickly adapt to new technical methods;
- Logical thinking and design analysis ability;
- Automotive (especially IVI: In Vehicle Infotainment) and ASPICE experience is a plus;
- Software embedded test experience is a plus;
- Automation test experience is a plus;
- Fluent English skills, can directly contact to customer;
- MS Office skills efficiency;
