We are looking for a talented UI Designer for our Hanoi team to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and thoughtful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and prototypes, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

We care deeply about our users and want our mobile experience and visual design to match the amazing service GotIt! delivers. Our goal is to become the defacto study help app and we’re looking for someone to enhance our mobile experience to become world class.

THE CORE JOB

• Create visually beautiful interfaces.

• Take projects from the earliest kernel of an idea all the way through implementation.

• Drive the ideation process and present broad directions to the team.

• Prototype user flows, interactions and animations.

• Work closely with engineers and the operations team to breathe life into what you design.

• Advocate for and follow user-centered design .

• Stay on top of new technology and trends in mobile UI/UX designs

MUST HAVE

• A strong, diverse portfolio of design work.

• Minimum 2 years design experience.

• Understand the technical and compliance limitations and implications of your decisions and have enough chops to communicate your designs to engineers and operations, iOS and Android.

• Think at a high level about product strategy and vision, while recognizing how your work impacts it.

• Embrace and iterate on our design process.

• Welcome design critique with open arms.

• You thrive in an iterative environment with short feedback loops.

• Take extreme complexity and distill it down to a simple and elegant product.

• Mastery of design tools and prototype tools such as: Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, Invision, etc.

EXTRA BONUS

• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

• Web design and animation.
