Overview of job
- Hỗ trợ khách hàng giải quyết các sự cố kỹ thuật liên quan đến dịch vụ của FPT Telecom qua điện thoại.
- Cung cấp thông tin về sản phẩm, chính sách dịch vụ của FPT Telecom cho khách hàng.
- Tiếp nhận thông tin thắc mắc của khách hàng và chuyển các đơn vị liên quan hỗ trợ nếu cần thiết.
- Địa điểm làm việc: Phường Tân Thuận Đông, Q.7, TP.HCM.
Job Requirement
- Nam/nữ, tuổi từ 21-28
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học/Cao đẳng, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông, kỹ thuật mạng máy tính, ...
- Chấp nhận sinh viên đang trong quá trình thực tập, tốt nghiệp
- Giọng nói dễ nghe, không mắc các lỗi phát âm (nói ngọng/lắp)
- Am hiểu mạng máy tính
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các vị trí như kỹ thuật viên, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, chăm sóc khách hàng...
