Viettel Network Technologies Center (VTTEK) is a research center of the Military Telecommunications Group.

The main task of the center is to research technology, manufacture telecommunication network equipment including: fixed and mobile access system; transmission equipment; Core network system; VAS platforms.

With a team of nearly 400 high quality engineers with many years of experience in the field of research and production of equipment, the Center aims to be a leading unit in the research and development of telecommunication equipments in the country; master the process from research, design, manufacturing to production and sales.

At present, the Center's products have been developed and traded in Vietnam and many countries in the world. The successful deployment of products such as OCS, MSC, SMSC, CRBT ... and forthcoming 4G mobile station is a confirmation that Viettel Group and Vietnamese can own high technology in the field of civil equipment, avoiding leaks and loss of information - is a top priority for all countries in the world.
