As an Application Consultant for SunSystems, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Pre-sales consulting (5-10%): Co-operate with other departments on analysing customer requirements, develop solutions, and conduct demonstrations.
- Software implementation (75%): Business analysis and mapping, system installation and configuration, data migration, end user training, user acceptance testing, and project management.
- Post-sales Support (10-15%): Offer prompt troubleshooting to customers (either on-site or remotely).
