- Provide level 2 support for delivered Interest Product Services
- Maintain the health of the application, helpdesk support, ticket management and application support
- Maintain application SLAs of availability to business unit
- Deployment and configuration of new release
- Mantain and troubleshhoting production issues
- Monitor the System for errors, stopped processes,...
- Write and maintain technical documentation for operation
- Collaborate with other team members/ partner
- Familiar with bug tracking
- Participate in pilots, testing, training and comunications in support of system development
- Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
- Experience with administrating a product running on a JBoss/AIX platform
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database principals
- Review and control operation procedure within domain
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within a timely manner against SLA requirements
- Communicate issues, solutions and requirements to both technical and non-technical Teams as required
- Responsible for the performance, integrity and security of application
- Keeping management informed of trouble spots in advance before major problems occur, and proposing cost-effective solutions
- Work closely with the System Analyst and Architect Teams to assist in application related duties
- Participate in written documents, applications operating procedures.
- Follow operation process and other related process within VPBank.
- Other assignments assigned by CIO, Head of Center/Departmnent or Project management (in Project scope)
