Responsibilities:
• Engaging in the delivery of support services;
• Monitoring, managing and resolving support incidents in conjunction with the central Managed Services Helpdesk;
• Involvement in the development of new IT solutions and the maintenance of support documentation;
• Involvement in pre-sales activities; giving technical input to proposals, delivering presentations;
• Amazon/ Google/ Azure/ AWS infrastructures monitoring, Cloudwatch, scaling groups, networking, and performance, tuning and cost optimization;
• Hardware and Software installation where necessary;
• Working closely with implementation consultants, offshore Managed Services consultants and client staff to scope and deliver projects;
Education and Experience:
• B.S., M.S. or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant major.
• At least 1~2 year experiences
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Good knowledge of cloud service solutions (Amazon, Google, Azure, AWS)
• Having knowledge/experiences in Cloud
• IT cloud qualifications is a plus
• Experience with security and services solutions design and architecture
• Good leadership, critical thinking and analysis skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skill with the abilities to work independently
• Proficiency in English
