Provide testing strategy/approach
Communicate with Aperia US Team for test plan
Participates in R&D, training activities related to quality control
Provide daily, weekly defect report to BA Manager/Director
Proactively recommend process, tool, and development/testing methodology improvements
Perform performance monitoring and developing QC project members
Responsible on quality for final test product deliverables
Report bugs, create and provide metrics on bugs as they move through the bug cycle
Report turnaround times on all severities
Track and monitor fixes and problems reported
Create and manage Internal Release Notes (i.e. what bugs, where pushed, what was fixed, how many new bugs were created)
Document test use scenarios and processes
Train team on documentation of processes and scenarios
Other duties as assigned.
