Overview of job
What you will do?
• Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet project requirements and changing needs.
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities.
• Manage project budget and day-to-day operational aspects of a project timeline and scope.
• Effectively apply development methodology, delivery process and quality standard.
• Review and validate deliverables prepared by you and by your team before passing to client, including requirement specifications, release plan, project reports, communication (email) records, design specifications, meeting minutes, status reports…
• Prepare and conduct project monthly reviews and quality assurance/audit procedures.
• Minimize exposure and risk on project.
• Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Report to Service and Delivery manager
Job Requirement
• Holder of a BS. Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years professional experience gained in Project Manager position.
• Good knowledge in software development process.
• Hand-on experience in project execution using Agile/SCRUM.
• Good project management skills: estimating, planning, organizing, leading…
• Good written and verbal skills in English or French or Japanese
• Good in French communication is a BIG PLUS.
• Skilled in conflict management and negotiations.
• Team-player with good interpersonal skills who can work well with peers, clients and senior management across the company.
