Overview of job
- Liaise with Technical Support team to produce analysis and solution for system issue.
- Assist to gather and write business requirement documents.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to support testing of new features and regression testing of products as part of the release process.
- Meet deadlines and report on the status of software deliverables.
- Cooperate with IT Department to monitor/tuning call quality and set up solutions for Collection Call Centre.
- 1st Level Technical Support: diagnose & troubleshoot system problems.
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Solid understanding business process modelling/mapping, methodology development and data modelling.
- Intimate knowledge of software development life cycle and the application of statistical and research methods into systems issues and products.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical people and business users, including the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills, and the ability to develop innovative solutions for any necessary system/rule/policy/process changes.
- A self starter who can work well alone or in a team.
- A strong customer service ethic.
- Network & Database expertise is an advantage

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or similar.
