This position is responsible for:
- Work with client to clarify requirement, design
- Develop major components or modules and contribute to the design and maintenance of the products.
- Contribute to all aspects of the product development process, from specification and design, throughout integration, release and maintenance.
- Participate in software engineering: create quality source code, unit testing, version control, etc.
We are looking for someone who sees coding as more of a lifestyle than a job. Proof of this is a portfolio of personal projects, experiments or contributions to open source projects. They should be passionate about learning and upskilling as technologies evolve.
Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Experience in commercial web development
- Strong experience with Java/J2EE, PHP, Javascript/Typescript, AngularJS, ReactJS
- Strong experience in HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, Responsive design
- Experience with UI design is a plus
- Experience with AWS is a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Experience leading and mentoring other developers
- Able to formulate a technical design and communicate that to others
- Capable of working in a team and under high pressure
- English or Japanese proficiency is a plus
