Overview of job
*** Job Description
o Being responsible for assessing software quality through manual and automated testing. The QC lead will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
* Responsibilities
o Review and analyze system specifications
o Collaborate with software development team/stake holders to develop effective strategies and test plans
o Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
o Evaluate product code according to specifications
o Create logs to document testing phases and defects
o Report bugs and errors to development teams
o Help troubleshoot issues
o Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
o Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Job Requirement
* Requirement
o 4+ years in QC/Test lead role
o Professional testing experience in software development projects, including: functional testing, systems testing, integration testing, regression testing, automated testing, security testing, and performance testing,...
o Ability to carefully follow use cases and technical requirements
o Able to build and implement test plan or test strategy
o Review test cases and test report from junior testers
o Strong time management skills
o Logical thinking and self-motivated
o Ability to work well in a team
o Business-level English language ability is required; French basic communication skills would be a plus
* Preferred skills and experience
o Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
o Strong experience with automation frameworks and tools
o Strong experience with Selenium, JMeter, SOAtest and others
o Experience with Java/C# testing framework processes and tools are a plus
