Responsibilities
- Manage automotive software development projects from hiring, on-boarding resource to ensure projects delivery to customer: Planning, Staffing, Resource management, Risk Management, Reporting, Project Status Meetings internal and with customer.
- Provide sales support in line with potential acquisition and engagements
- Responsible for customer expectation management and satisfaction
Job Requirement

- Proven experience in project management of software development projects
- Experience in automotive industry or embedded software development space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- People management skills - team motivation, performance management, people development, conflict managements
- Fluent English
