I) General Discription:
IT Software Developer:
- Join as a team member of new Human Capital Management (HCM) system project.
- Develop and customize program for human related areas. The program provides the MVC software architectural pattern, and written in Java and JSP.
- This position operates under some supervision, but is mostly independent.
- This position is able to work autonomously in his or her assignments, but can also work in a team environment.
II) Responsibility:
- Design and develop HCM software according to new requirements.
- Modify and enhance existing software to incorporate new functionality, fix bugs and optimize performance.
- Help reproduce and simplify ways to reproduce defects (bugs).
- Provide status reports to team members.
- Make documents about related develop and/or user-manual
-Perform special projects or assignments as required.

1. Education & experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
- Has more than 02 years of experience in programming Java Web Service and JSP.
- Has experience in programming Human Resources related softwares is a plus
2. Knowledge:
- Has good knowledge and experience with MVC software architectural pattern.
- Has good knowledge and experience with PL/SQL
- Has knowledge and experience with Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, XML, CSS.
- Strong background in Object Oriented analysis and design is a plus
- Has knowledge and experience with Spring, eClipse, SVN
3. Skills:
- Good software development skills and practices, including requirements engineering and writing design documents is a plus
- Good team work skills and self-studies and learns new technology is a plus
- Good English writing, speaking and listening skills
- Basic Korean communication is a plus
