Overview of job

• Develop new software applications/tools as well as improving current systems using one of the programming languages such as PHP, .NET, Java, MySQL, SQL Server,…
• Work with Vietnamese and oversea software developers to make changes to insurance software applications
• Co-ordinate and liaise with business users on system requirements gathering, documentation, create related requirements artifacts – BRD, user stories, process flows, diagrams, etc. – for application development
• Learn new technologies: mobile apps, cloud technology, big data, data science, business intelligence, etc. in order to help increase productivity, system efficiency and reliability as well as improve user friendliness
• Contribute to all Information Technology projects of the company

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science/IT is preferred
• Have 3 years of working experience in one or more of the following fields: IT application/web developer/programmer, ERP specialist
• Experience in ONE of the programming languages (PHP, .NET, Java,…) or database management systems (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle,…)
• Good level of English
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Knowledge about insurance industry is a plus
