Overview of job
We are looking for an outstanding Quality Control Engineer who will love to work in an agile environment. You will be responsible for controlling the quality of our software deliveries before releasing to clients. You will be writing test cases from requirements, determine testing approaches, analyse testing results, identify and report root cause of test failures.
You will:
- Contribute to the coordination and definition of the test strategy aligned with the project plans
- Contribute to the tests planning according to the project goals, context, and risks
- Analyze, review and evaluate the business requirements, specifications and models
- Design and execute test scenarios in order to evaluate the expected results
- Report and monitor defeat by using bug tracking tools
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use
- Implement standardized quality management process software-test, coaching, training new QC/QA members

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Education, knowledge, and experiences:
- At least 1 years experience as a QC Engineer in Web-based or Mobile Application Testing
- Understanding about software testing, concepts, practices, and lifecycle
- Strong knowledge in testing skills, ability to write SQL queries for testing the data
- Enthusiasm with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
- Automation testing skill is a plus.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Ability to analyze requirement and discuss with project stake holders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team.
- Good time management, self-management, and problem-solving skill.
- Good responsibility, good in communication and collaboration with related teams (Dev, BA,…) as well customer
- Strong reading technical document skill in English
- Communication in English is an advantage
