Overview of job
The candidates will be responsible for developing software applications using Java technologies including:
o Read and understand technical documents.
o Implement the application in compliance with established software quality standards of the company and perform unit testing.
o Participate in design/code review.
Senior candidates have additional duties:
o Review code at architecture level.
o Cooperate with onsite or client technical team.
o Propose approach/tool to manager to improve productivity.
o Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
o Participates in R&D, training activities.

Job Requirement
Job Requirement:
o Good written and verbal skills in English or/and French.
o Good Java/J2EE development experience in Front End or Back End for at least 3 years.
o Good willingness to learn new technologies required for work.
o Experience in banking or insurance project is an advantage.
o Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
