Overview of job
1. Job purpose:
- To deliver software system to customer by on-site and off-site working tasks. Working closely with analyst, designer, and sale department to translate customer requirements.
- To work on a daily basis with customers to provide suggestion, explanation, and actual situation analysis.
- Language support in reviewing current systems, presenting idea for system to customer, including discussion coordination.
2. Responsibilities:
- Translate JP document & JP discussion, UI/Software design translation
- Producing detailed specifications if needed
- Preparation of training manuals for users and project related documents for delivery.
- To join project implementation with quality and ensure delivery on-time
- Join through the user explanation, areas of known error problems, and advice Team Leader/Manager of unfamiliar problems receive prompt attention.
- Maintain a productive and harmonious relationship with the customer and internally
- Assist in guiding less experienced engineers in the clearance of difficult causes of exchange information.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Languages and International Studies and/or Computer science
- Experience working in IT project as JP translator is prefer
- Experience in working with Japanese customer is mandatory.
- Experience in Technical document writing skill, Good communication skills;
- Good at Japanese communication (at least Level 2 or equivalent) is mandatory
- Can go short business trips
- Team work well
- Sense of responsibility, result-oriented and deadline commitment.
