Overview of job
• Ownership of UX/UI design specialist designing a quality user experience for current and future web and mobile applications
• Pin pointing possible obstacles user's may face and eliminating them
• Develop visual design concepts and design assets
• Setup and maintenance of front end task runners and package managers.
• Manage and execute test plans and code checks.
• Build flexible & easy to maintain responsive websites
• Be involved in small to large-scale projects from the earliest discovery stages
• Develop, test and deliver unique creative pieces using the latest front-end technologies
• Create information architecture docs include sitemaps, user flow diagrams, wireframes and prototypes
Job Requirement
• 5+ years of experience applying User Centred Design methodologies for web and mobile applications
• 2+ years experience with Wordpress
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and SCSS
• Strong hands on JavaScript experience with a sound knowledge of JQuery, AngularJS or Prototype
• All round experience in frontend and backend development
• Experience working within an agile environment
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping
• Strong Angular / React / Ember skills, or other MVC based Javascript framework
• Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, SASS, LESS
• Excellent knowledge and familiarity with one or more web frameworks such as Rails, Django
Soft Skills:
• Excellent in English communication, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented, strong organisational skill and creative problem solving skill.
• Ability to work independently as well as team work.
• Ability to work with tight deadline
