Kỹ năng cần có:
- Có kiến thức về internet, website, diễn đàn và mạng xã hội
- Hiểu biết về việc kiểm tra code quảng cáo trên các website
- Sử dụng thành thạo windows, trình duyệt web và các phần mềm văn phòng
- Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm chat Skype
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về HTML, CSS, Javascript
Ưu tiên các ứng viên:
- Sinh viên mới ra trường ngành CNTT phần mềm
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc hỗ trợ khách hàng mảng quảng cáo
- Có kinh nghiệm về vị trí Support là ưu tiên
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm.
