Overview of job
- Support end-user for the product business requirements/ feedbacks.
- Understand the business user's requirements for information, features and functions; then transmit accordingly to Developer team.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for the creation of application features, enhancements and functions.
- Control the change in description of software.
- Play a role in data model design and prototyping; testing, validation, and delivering.
- Elicit requirements using interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.

Working time:
- Shift 1: 08h30 - 17h00, from Sunday to Thursday. Off Friday and Saturday.
- Shift 2: 12h30 - 21h00, from Tuesday to Saturday. Off Sunday and Monday.
Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in analytics, IT, computer science or programming.
- Good communication skill.
- Good in English (reading & writing).
- Can work well with UML.
- Minimum 1 year-experience
- Experience with mobile application, web application and web services.
