Overview of job
- Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff; researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.
- Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with PO/ BO/ PMO.
- Participate in, and help create, a company culture which attracts, retains, and coaches other team leads and PM.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- A positive, can-do attitude, who naturally expresses a high degree of empathy to others.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience. We are more interested in passion for technology and what you are capable of, than we are academic qualification.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in building mission critical applications from scratch.
