Overview of job
Salary range: Negotiable
- Engage in the delivery of support services
- Monitor, manage and resolve support incidents in conjunction with the central Managed Services Helpdesk
- Involve in the development of new IT solutions and the maintenance of support documentation
- Involve in pre-sales activities, give technical input to proposals, deliver presentations
- Provide technical support, consultancy and administration across a range of technologies, networking, storage and cloud / virtualization services
- Work closely with implementation consultants, offshore Managed Services consultants and client staff to scope and deliver projects
- Education and/or Experience
- B.S., M.S. in Information Technology or relevant major
- At least 2 years of experience in delivering technical support services
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Hands-on experience of Linux server/ Windows server administration skills
- The ability to take ownership for assigned tasks on projects, reporting on personal progress
- Ability to communicate with the team and clients across multiple geographies
- Proficiency in English
