- Report to: CEO and Japanese Side
- Work with: Leader/Client/Staff/Manager
- Responsible for the technical, financial, time, safety & quality aspects
- Manage team projects in AI and Data science field
- Manage resources in team
- Provide detailed reviews of project documents; make recommendations
Job Requirement
- BS degree in computing science
- MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field (optional)
- Software development background is a definite advantage
- Previous working experience as a General Manager for 5 years
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams
- Multitasker and critical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent English oral and written, presentation skills
