Overview of job
• Study and analyze a wide range of new banking products, banking processes across all Business units especially Savings, Loans, Cards, Sale and Services, ….
• Understand, analyze business requirements (business processes/rules) from different business units
• Coordinate with others divisions and business units to ensure all strategic initiatives related to technology are fully implemented and tailored to the needs of business.
• Build clear requirements, implementing on schedule, ensuring quality and compliance with TPBank's strategic requirements.
• Participate in action planning, be able to coordinate work plan to achieve the deliverables of the project.
• Proactively communicate and update information within the project team and with stakeholders during implementing strategic initiatives.
Job Requirement
• At least Bachelor degree in related major such as Business, Economics, Finance
• Abroad studying experience is an advantage
• To be able to catch-up quickly with various business processes/rules or new products in banking domain
• Working experience in banking, IT, e-commerce or relevant technology company from 01 – 02 years
• Language requirements – Vietnamese – native, English – fluent
• Project coordination skill
• Perform well both as an individual and a team member.
