Overview of job
Perform and control day-to-day email or phone or onsite supports on Banking Application systems that may include:
- Initial set-up
- Configuration
- Testing of hardware or software platforms
- Customization to maintenance and upgrade projects.
- Checking the system error
Interact with network services, software systems engineering and /or applications development in order to restore availability of services and/or identify root cause of complex problems.
Review complex problem situations and identify preventive measures / improvements to processes, procedures or tools and implement these as required.
Job Requirement
- University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any IT related field.
- Knowledge about network systems, window server
- Basic understanding of database
- Can communicate in English
- 1 or 2 year experience is acceptable
