We are looking for a senior, brilliant mind UX Researcher to partner with our design and product management teams to help improving & delivering Chợ Tốt products to provide a beautiful, consistent and complete user experience across all devices.

* Major Functions and tasks
• Champion the UX/Product Design quality for the entire Chợ Tốt product line across all platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Owner from early phase of product design process for key projects to do the user empathizing, problem validating, conceptualizing, prototyping & user validating for producing the best solution that fit the validated problem and create impactful result.
• Collaborate with Design team for finalizing UI/UX design for key projects.
• Champion the Design Thinking process, continuously research and practice new UX design pattern, methodology, framework and tool to improve the productivity of the whole Design team as well as Chợ Tốt product design quality.
• Continuously analyse Chợ Tốt product usability & design to improve, renovate to make it user friendly, easy to use, efficiency and consistent across all verticals, all platforms.
• Think and act quickly and systematically: we have weekly deliverables.
• Be a part of the team to form up the vision and communicate the plan to and inspire Design & Product team.

* Qualifications and competences
• At least 5 years experiences in UI/UX design for technology products.
• Experienced in Design Thinking process for technology products.
• Design background is preferrable.
• Experience in managing product design team is very much preferable.
• Passionate with technology product & startup or entrepreneurship in general.
• Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with a strong attention to detail.
• Learn very fast; and be extremely flexible and adaptable.
• Have a ‘get-it-done’ entrepreneurial attitude.
• Proactive, self-driven, and independent minded.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
