Overview of job
The job-holder will perform tasks relating to Oracle System Analyst.
Job described as below:
Operations support
• Provide operational support to business users, helping them use Oracle tools efficiently and utilize new functionality;
• Assist Oracle users in handling daily support issues, month-end and year-end closings;
• Collaborate with local IT to support Oracle and Oracle based solutions.
Change management
• Support new configuration and functional change requests;
• Interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements;
• Collaborate with the Oracle team to rollout the new business processes and functionalities;
• Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents;
• Incorporate new technologies/concept outside of conventional Oracle functionalities.
*** Work location: 7th Floor, E-Town Building, 364 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 13, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Requirement
• BS degree in Computer Science, Business or a related subject;
• Having at least 2 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12;
• Expertise in core Manufacturing based modules;
• Having practical knowledge of integration with other modules: Distribution and Finance;
• Past experience in Manufacturing execution system and Mobile device application would be an added advantage;
• Possess good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to communicate in English and customer service oriented;
• Willingly to work overseas (short duration) for Projects.
