Job description
Overview of job
• Participate in the development of IOT Wireless Products
• Manage & Lead a Software Team
• Use Scrum Process to ensure engineering teams comply with Agile Development Process
• Work closely with Project Managers, QA Team, Customer Support & other Software Teams to gather requirements & product issues, then perform risk analysis & prioritization of work for Software Team
• Develop & monitor engineering process for organization to ensure high quality of products
• Report to management periodically on status, risks & action plan
• Manage documentation eg. Product Requirements, Specification, Status Report
• Use process tools like Microsoft Project Tool, Redmine, Jira and Confluence for Project Management
• Plan, oversee and document all aspects of the specific projects
Job Requirement
• Bachelor/Master in Information Technology/Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in Software development
• At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management
• Has experience in using Sprint & Scrum Process
• Able to speak English fluently and interact with overseas teams
