Fossil Vietnam is looking for talented Technical Project Manager. You will have the opportunity to work with the best minds in a fast changing, challenging, and exciting environment. You will be in charge of planning and managing firmware development roadmap for current and future Fossil's wearable products
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
-Be responsible for planning, keeping track of progress and timeline for Firmware/Hardware/Software Development.
-Coordinate different teams (internal and external) to remove roadblocks and achieve final goals.
-Work closely with all technical teams (Firmware, Hardware, Software, Validation/QA) to ensure timely and high quality releases.
-Create and apply new process (when necessary) to improve overall team efficiency.
-Participate in product feature roadmap development.
-Work with Product teams and Engineering teams to propose and validate new product feature.
Job Requirement
WHAT WE NEED
- Have basic knowledge of Software/Firmware, Electrical Engineering or QA.
- Have experience working with both Waterfall and Agile Project management, and be flexible when applying these models depending on actual use cases.
- 2+ years of working experience (including non-management works).
- Good communication skills (good at working and collaborating with people).
- Fluent in English in both speaking and writing.
- Be flexible when working with multinational teams (e.g. possibly attend early morning or late evening meeting) to adapt with different time zones.
