Overview of job
-Provide Technical Support to Qualcomm OEMs (3G/4G) and Telecom Operators in local Vietnam and oversea customers.
-Elaborate good knowledge of QCT modem software/solution to Qualcomm Smartphone OEM developers, provide training of QCT products.
-Play consult and expert role, trouble shooting, identify/debug/resolve Modem NAS related problem reported by customer.
- Guide customer in designing, porting, and integration of data protocols on different platform/environment such as Android OS.
- Closely work with developer team to narrow down the root cause and fix the issue for customer.
Job Requirement
-1 to 4 years working experience in wireless communication/embedded system development.
- Strong knowledge and experience on LTE/UMTS protocol, especially on NAS side, including EMM, ESM, SMS, MM, GMM etc procedures, inter-layers messaging (Call, Policy Manager etc)
- Good Understanding on wireless communication, familiar with 3GPP (GERAN, UMTS, HSPA, LTE)
- experience in C/C++ programming
- Experience in embedded system on Android OS is an advantage
-strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated with cross-functional team.
Education Requirements
BEng of Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent experience
