Overview of job
We are looking for a Support Data Analyst who will work directly with the client-facing Support team and Product team to collect and analyze the data. This work reveals insights to help build a world-class customer support experience.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
What skill sets are we looking for from you?
- Programming language: Python, R, Vlookup
- Database: MySQL, MongoDB, redis
- Data mining and modeling: collect, cleanse and provide modeling and analyses of structured and unstructured data
- Build Dashboards: visually impactful dashboards in Excel and Tableau for data reporting
- Work with Product team, CS team and management and to determine organizational goals
- Mine data from primary and secondary sources
- Clean and prune data to discard irrelevant information
- Analyze and interpret results using standard statistical tools and techniques
- Pinpoint trends, correlations, and patterns in complicated data sets
- Identify new opportunities for process improvement
- Provide concise metrics reports and clear data visualizations for management
- Run client requests/reports
