Overview of job
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow his/her skills in the field.Join us and have a chance to:
- Communicate daily with clients to gather information about needs, changes
- Stay with the project through implementation
- Get both business executive and developers on the same page
- Clarify, update, prioritize and document business, technical and functional requirements:
- Document the business requirements in details with all assumptions and caveats included
- Define the quality attributes, external interfaces (UI), constraints, and other non-functional requirements
- Analyze and verify requirements, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable
- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
You must poccess:
- Good communication in both Vietnamese & English.
- 4+ year of experience in Business / Systems Analysis.
- Having knowledge on Fintech and Big Data & iOT is a BIG PLUS
- Solid knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Able to generate documentation in an accurate, unambiguous and succinct fashion.
- Able to perform requirement gathering and managing work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, as well as presentation and customer relationship skills.
- Able to work independently with “Can-Do” spirit and to manage time effectively.
- Experience in UI / UX, Agile environment, Quality Assurance / Controller is a plus.
