Overview of job
- Be responsible for ensuring the operation and availability of a Telco & Call Center System according to SLA.
- Administrate Telephone system in PDC, DRC and Branches.
- Configure and maintain IP Telecommunication system (VOIP), Call Centre and Call Recording.
- Configure , maintain, support, and optimize telecommunication systems and services, voicemail and PBX communication systems, and video conferencing environments.
- Troubleshoot telecommunication systems to identify the problems.
- Analyze and resolving telecommunications issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and support user needs where required.
- Take part in IT projects that are relevant to Telecommunication & Call Centre.
- Reports any deviation/problem/outage to Supervisor and providing regular reports that are required.
- Manage document the systems and make sure that the documents are up-to-date.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Open for Fresher
- Bachelor degree in IT major is refer
- Have at least 2-3 years working/developing on Enterprise Telecommunication Environment
- Have at least 2-3 years experiences Enterprise Call Centre/Recording System
- Prefer candidates have knowledge about Genesys Contact Centre system
- Depth knowledge/experience of VOIP technology
- Knowledge technical, analytical and problem solving skills
