Overview of job
Business Analysis
- Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing or proposed applications.
- Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate key business requirements.
Documentation
- Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
- Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications.
- Ensure that all documents are safely kept and accessible for future reference, and carry out routine testing of software patches; assist with new releases.
Collaboration
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirement analysis, project update and user acceptance.
- Collaborate with development team to ensure functional requirements are fulfilled correctly and project status is always on track.
- Collaborate with infrastructure team on deployment process for either system change deployment or new system deployment.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience at Business Analyst (BA) role in software development projects.
- Knowledge about new technologies on Web and Cloud platforms
- Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skill, organizational skill, customer service skill and business mindset.
- Experience in QA is an advantage.
- Experience in programming/software development is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal, team work and communications skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
