* Working time: 9 am – 6 pm
Monday - Friday

* Job description:
Support the General Director to maintain all business activities of the Company
Participate in meetings, note the main contents, synthesize and assess the business situation of the Company through reports of relevant departments and report to the General Director
Summarize the business reports of the relevant departments and propose solutions
Organize meetings at the request of the General Director, record the minutes and follow the urging of the Head of Department to make progress reports and results of implementation after the meeting
Advise and support the General Director to develop the business development strategies of the Company
Supervise and assist the heads of departments in planning goals and making plans for implementing monthly, quarterly and annual
Monitor, supervise and urge the heads of related departments to strictly implement and ensure the implementation schedule of the department's work plans and tasks according to the decisions and instructions of the General Director
Research the market to make a report on the business development trend. and propose suggestions to the General Director on suitable business & marketing strategies
Monitor compliance with regulations, work processes of departments and prompt reminders
Supporting the General Director in implementing internal and external affairs
Process information about documents and records of all departments
Inform the decisions and directions from the General Director to the Heads of departments and vice versa
Other tasks at request of the Director

* Requirements:
At least 2+ years’ relevant experience in Personal Assistant, especially to senior level
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
High level skills in time management
Able to work under pressure [able to manage multiple tasks and good interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Good attention to details, international mindset, good knowledge for travel plans
The position holder should be able to work independently most of the time
Being able to speaking Chinese is an advantage
Gender prefer: female
Prefer candidate with blockchain knowledge or experienced in technology company
