Overview of job

• The project manager takes responsibility of managing a scope of about 10 members to large projects simultaneously;
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as needed in regards to project deliverables including managing expectations, changes, presenting and interfacing with vendor;
• Build and manage schedule to ensure work is identified, assigned and completed on time
• Identify, track, manage and resolve project issues
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risk
• Direct, motivate and develop the teams

• At least 5 years of experiences in software development & 2 years of experience in manager position, having full application development to deployment experience, PMP certification is preferable.
• Proven success in strategic management, leadership, planning and organizational skills are required.
• Strong skills in negotiating services and software agreements with software and service vendors.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, regardless of audience, presentation.
