Overview of job
- Plan, coordinate and supervise the development cycle in order to achieve the project's target
- Develop project plans and manage the activities schedule
- Coordinate the activity and communication of all involved parties in the project
- Manage the project risks & conflicts, to avoid or reduce any risk that can affect the project
- Control the game quality and the project status to make sure that the games are delivered on time with high quality standards
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in management position
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good gaming background
- Strong analytical skill, very well-organized, problem-solving;
- Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Good leadership and team spirit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
