Job description

Overview of job

Take responsibility on the assigned projects and work based on defined functions below:
- Solution Consulting
- Project Implementation & Management
- Operation & Maintenance on premium customers
- Maintain Customer Relationship
- Support Customer issues in SLA, responsibility with best effort
- Give improvement in IT system and internal process

Able to consult & compose IT solution based on customer requirement, take care Middle/Large Projects from Pre-Sales to Post-Sales phases.
Keep project quality by managing & co-ordinating vendor(s) works.
Support and maintain customer relationship in assigned customers as Customer Manager role.
Lead, give advice other junior engineers and support them in their project implementation.
Able to lead small group of Engineers in project implementation, control and manage progress status, report to line manager timely. Other duties in assignment.

Job Requirement

Graduation in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
Self-Motivation, Initiative and Team Player.
Solid technical experience and have at least 3-year experience in a similar position.
Make Consultation & create solution for at least 3 technical skills below:
- Network (Cisco; Juniper; Fortinet; Checkpoint; Palo Alto; etc.)
- Server (IBM; HP; NEC; DELL; Fujitsu; etc.)
- PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.)
- System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; SolarWinds; Acronis; etc.)
- Cloud (Enterprise/Public/Private Cloud Solutions; Mail/Web Hosting; etc.)
- Security (Vulnerability Assessment; Managed Security Services; etc.)
- Access Line (MPLS; Internet Lease Line; FTTH; etc.)

Have experience to manage project with at least 2 members.
Cisco/Microsoft Certificate is a plus.
ITIL Certificate is a plus.
