Overview of job
Absolute Software is currently looking for a QA Manager working in our Vietnam office with the following responsibilities:
• Manage 20+ QA Engineers (doing both manual and automation testing) who work in multiple Scrum teams
• Introduce QA best practices and instruct the teams to apply them
• Design test strategy and make improvements for existing QA process if necessary
• Organize the review of test plans and test cases of Scrum teams
• Develop the QA team members in both technical and soft skills
• Work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and Agile Program Managers to ensure the delivery of Scrum teams
• Collaborate with the QA team in North America
• Support the recruitment of QA Engineers
Job Requirement
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing
• Excellent leadership skills with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in people management
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in Test Automation, API Testing, Performance Testing, Mobile Testing, Security Testing, Penetration Testing are huge advantages.
• Experience in Scrum is a plus
