Job description

Overview of job

- The Technical Support resolve customer technical issues of moderate complexity in a timely and effective fashion
- Be responsible as a back office support to On - Site System Management, POS MT
- Developing SM/ POS Operating Manual, updating quarterly to match with reality of services demands
- Monthly/ quarterly training to SM Staff about Trial - Error, new technical Trend for improvement SM Services
- Implementing a Monthly Site observe for listening issue/ difficult of employee, arrange the solutions for supporting on time and effectiveness
- Planning future improvements, suggesting IT upgrade solutions to Managers
- Providing support, including other documentary and technical supports
- Support to Team Manager for developing area of business and sales Target of Company
- Other tasks as assigned by Managers

Job Requirement

What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Technical troubleshooting and issue documentation
- Experience or understood of Cisco, Fortinet networking products (bester if have CCNA certification level).
- Understood of most of the following OS: Windows server or Red Hat including practical experience in a corporate environment serving customers.
- Knowledge of firewalls, load balancing, WAN technologies, software-defined/ virtualized networking, unified networking, multi-context networking devices and application delivery controllers.
- Experience with one or more CRM or ticket tracking systems
- Customer service - effectively communicate both verbally and written
- English Communication
- Initiative, tenacity, and a passion for supporting customers
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high workload within a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently whilst also contributing to the team
