Overview of job
In an international production environment, you will collaborate with the various technical teams, the general tasks are as follows:
- Day to day management and support of our international customer.
- Follow and solve business application problem/incident and escalate when necessary.
- Create/update procedure to improve your daily tasks + daily weather report.
Work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
You may need to be on call 1 weekend per month (flat rate).
Job Requirement
• 2-3 years experiences as IT technician support (OS knowledge is big plus)
• English level: good at written and speaking.
