Overview of job
- Xây dựng, cải tiến và triển khai hệ thống quản lý chất lượng. Xây dựng quy trình sản xuất, triển khai dịch vụ, sản phẩm phần mềm theo quy chuẩn chung của công ty và độ phù hợp với từng dự án.
- Lập kế hoạch, trực tiếp kiểm tra đánh giá, đảm bảo sự tuân thủ quy trình của các dự án đang và sắp triển khai. Và đề xuất các hành động khắc phục phòng ngừa, giảm thiểu rủi ro cho dự án.
- Lập báo cáo quản trị chất lượng định kỳ theo yêu cầu. Đề xuất về việc cải tiến chất lượng quy trình, hoạt động sản xuất phần mềm
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn các bộ phận/phòng ban thực hiện sản xuất sản phẩm, dự án theo đúng quy trình
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của ban lãnh đạo.
Job Requirement
- Đã tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành: Quản trị chất lượng, Công nghệ thông tin, hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm với vị trí PQA
- Nắm vững và đã từng tham gia vào quá trình phát triển dự án phần mềm
- Chăm chỉ, cẩn thận, có khả năng làm việc với áp lực cao, nghiên cứu tốt.
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt. Làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng thành thạo: word, excel,...
- Có kiến thức tốt và kinh nghiệm làm việc với các quy trình quản lý chất lượng: CMMi, Agile-Scrum,...
- Có hiểu biết về các tool hỗ trợ phát triển dự án: Assembla, Mantis, Jira, IBM,
- Có hiểu biết về kiểm thử phần mềm và đã từng tham gia trực tiếp vào việc phát triển dự án là 1 lợi thế
- Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành.
