Overview of job
- Work closely with a Project Manager and a Mobile Application Designer to execute solutions
- Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Perform code reviews and mentors other team members
- Keep the project manager well informed of status of development effort and serve as a liaison between development staff and project manager.
- To deliver high-quality services to our clients.
- Work with the Project Manager to define and size any impact assessments as they relate to the technical delivery
- Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.

Job Requirement
Your Skills and Experience
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with strong academic background.
- 5+ years experience in software developmen
- Experience with building and leading technical teams for Android and / or iOS applications, mentoring other programmers and contributing to improved processes and workflow.
- A passion for mobile app / game development that you would be able to share with our team.
- Strong technical architecture and application design fundamentals at least one out of the following:
- Native iOS app development
- Native Android app development
- Unity app/game development
- Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
- Good understanding of automated white and black box testing practices on mobile platform.
- Familiar with source control, such as Git or SVN
- Experience of proposing technical solutions and estimation of project size
- Experience of carrying out technical reviews and follow up on correction plan.
- Able to remain up to date on latest software development and engineering ideas.
- Ability to lead from the front, including coding and troubleshooting as needed.
- Flexibility, creativity, good logical approach and sound thinking.
- Active, professional attitude with good working ethics.
- Good command over written and verbal English.
- Good team player who is self motivated and well organized
- Knowledge of server side web application development
- Knowledge of Javascript/jQuery, CSS and HTML
- Experience with multiple mobile platforms (Android, iOS, Windows Phone etc.)
- Experience with cross-platform mobile application development such as Flutter or React Native
- Easily understand written English such as customer requirements
- Be able to use English in oral communication
- Occasionally write some internal / external deliverable in English
